As we look back on 2025, we give thanks for God’s faithfulness, the ministries we share, and the people who make Shepherd of the Sea a place of welcome, service, and hope.

A Message from Pastor Brad

Pastor Brad

As I look back on the year 2025, I find myself filled with deep gratitude and hope as I reflect on the life and ministry of Shepherd of the Sea Lutheran Church. This has been a year of growth, celebration, and faithful generosity — a year in which God has been at work among us in powerful and meaningful ways. One of the clearest signs of God’s work has been the continued growth of our congregation. We have welcomed new partners in ministry, deepened relationships, expanded outreach, and strengthened our sense of shared purpose. Shepherd of the Sea continues to be a place where people are welcomed as they are, loved where they are, and invited to grow in faith, service, and community.

Worship & Welcome

Worship is at the heart of our shared life together, supported by dedicated volunteers who lead, prepare, and welcome.

Sunday Servers: support worship by welcoming worshipers, assisting with Communion, reading Scripture, and helping services run smoothly so the focus remains on worship and hospitality.

Audio Visual Ministry: The AV Ministry supports worship and church events by providing sound, visuals, and live-streaming so people can fully participate in worship both in person and online.

The Altar Guild: prepares the worship space for services and holy days, supporting communion setup and maintaining the sanctuary throughout the church year.

The Music Ministry: leads and supports worship through music, creating meaningful and high-quality musical experiences that enhance worship, foster community, and glorify God across all ages.
