June 30, July 14, July 28 9:00am The Careteam+ Mobile Health Clinic will be at the Carol Hummel Food Pantry on June 30, July 14, and July 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. offering free community health screenings. Services include blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, height and weight measurements, BMI assessments, HIV screening, and diabetes education. No appointment is necessary, and all services are free and open to everyone. Please share this opportunity with neighbor

We invite everyone to join us for our Patriotic Sunday celebration on July 5th. Following the 9:30 a.m. worship service, we'll gather for an afternoon of food, water games, and fun from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. The Lutheran Men in Mission will be providing hot dogs for lunch, and we invite you to sign up to bring a side dish to share. This will be a wonderful opportunity for fellowship, food, and family fun as we celebrate together. We hope you'll make plans to stay and join us!

We are in need of Visitation Ministers for visits at homes, nursing homes and the hospital. If you enjoy talking with people and sharing time with them, we would love to have you join us. Visits are usually once a month, and you bring Communion to them. If this is something that you’ve never done, we can show you how to become comfortable with the task. We’re excited to announce that Cathi Hallock will be offering an Introduction to American Sign Language (ASL) . This 10-week course will meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:30–8:00 p.m. and is perfect for beginners who are curious about ASL or eager to grow their communication skills.

In a world that moves quickly, taking time to reconnect with what matters most is essential. Digital ministry offers small, meaningful touchpoints--messages, bible verses, video devotionals, --that keep us grounded. Also, screenshots, photos and weekly events--that keep us in the know. It reminds us that faith is always within reach.

Due to the ongoing opioid epidemic, we now have Naloxone (Narcan) available for overdose emergencies. There are bright red, plastic boxes mounted on the wall just inside the front doors of all three buildings with the medicine inside. Please look for them as you come & go throughout the week so that you know where they're located. If you happen to use one, please let the Property Manager know so that he can refill the medicine.

We are in need of volunteers to help with Children’s Church during the 11:00 a.m. service. If you attend another service, we invite you to come back at 11:00 and help support our children’s ministry. A background check is required. If you enjoy working with children and helping them grow in faith, we would love to have you join this ministry.
