The Careteam+ Mobile Health Clinic will be at the Carol Hummel Food Pantry on June 30, July 14, and July 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. offering free community health screenings.
Services include blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, height and weight measurements, BMI assessments, HIV screening, and diabetes education.
No appointment is necessary, and all services are free and open to everyone. Please share this opportunity with neighbors, friends, and family members who may benefit.
